摘  要:目的:在本草学的指导下探讨蜣螂抗良性前列腺增生症的作用,筛选其活性部位。方法:采用丙酸睾酮致小鼠前列腺增生模型,以前列腺指数、小鼠前列腺病理组织学结果为评价指标,考察蜣螂不同提取部位对前列腺增生的作用,并采用大孔树脂吸附与透析技术对有效部位进行初步分离。结果:蜣螂乙醇提取总部位(20g生药/kg)、三氯甲烷萃取部位(20g生药/kg)、萃取剩余部位(20g生药/kg)能明显减小造模小鼠前列腺指数,降低腺体增生程度,所得有效部位多肽含量达83.6%。结论:蜣螂乙醇提取总部位、三氯甲烷萃取部位、萃取剩余部位具有明显抑制前列腺增生的作用,其抗前列腺增生的主要活性组分为多肽。To screen the active fraction and observe the effect of Catharsisus molossus Linnaeus on benign prostatic hyperplasia under the guidance of herbalism. Methods: Experimental prostatic hyperplasia was induced by testosterone propionate in mice, and took prostate index and histology under light microscope as evaluating indexes. Results: The prostate weight and prostate index were lowered, and patho- logical changes were significantly improved in mice treated with the ethanol extract (20g/kg), chloroform extract (20g/kg) and residue of extract (20g/kg). The effective fraction mainly contained 83.6% of the peptide. Conclusion: All the ethanol extract, chloroform extract and residue of extract from Catharsisus molossus Linnaeus can significantly inhibit experimental prostatic hyperplasia. Peptide was the main active component inhibiting benign prostatic hyperplasia.
