摘 要:目的:考察断面红棕色及类白色的土茯苓醇提液是否具有抗炎作用?并探讨哪种断面颜色土茯苓抗炎效果更佳。方法:小鼠以尾静脉注射伊文思蓝,二甲苯涂腹部致炎,以腹部染料的渗出量,进行急性(渗透型)炎症抗炎作用的评价;以棉球肉芽肿法,进行慢性(增殖型)炎症抗炎作用的评价;大鼠液体石蜡致炎实验对炎性物质NO释放程度进行评价。结果:二甲苯致小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性影响试验中,断面红棕色及类白色的土茯苓(7g/kg)均能减少染料的渗出量,抑制率分别为21%和32%。而对棉球肉芽肿试验中,断面红、白二色的土茯苓均能减少肉芽肿的增生,二者高剂量组(10g/kg)抑制率分别为25%和24%,低剂量组(7g/kg)抑制率分别为37%和25%。在大鼠液体石蜡致炎试验中,断面红棕色及类白色的土茯苓(7g/kg)均能减少血清中NO的产生,抑制率分别为34%和62%。结论:断面红、白二色的土茯苓醇提液均具有抗炎作用。在急性(渗透型)炎症中断面类白色土茯苓组的抗炎效果要优于断面红棕色土茯苓组;在慢性(增殖型)炎症中断面红棕色土茯苓组抗炎效果要优于断面类白色土茯苓组。To investigate the Anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol-extraction liquid from sectioned red and white glabrous greenbrier rhizo- me and to discuss which kind of glabrous greenbrier rhizome had a better anti-inflammatory effect. Method: acute anti-inflammatory effect ( penetrative type) was generated by Evans blue injected into the KM mouse~ tail intravenously and the dimethyl benzene daubed on the abdo- men;the acute anti-inflammatory effect (penetrative type) was evaluated by the exudation of the Evans blue of the abdomen. Chronic anti-in- flammatory effect( proliferative type) was investigated by using the cotton granuloma method. The Inflammatory substance NO in serum were measured and evaluated after the inflammation of rat induced by subcutaneous injection of atoleine. Results: In the aeut anti-inflammatory ex- periment, the sectioned red and white(7g/kg) could reduce dye exudation, the inhibitory rates were 21% and 32% respectively. Moreover, both of them could reduce granuloma hyperplasia in the cotton granuloma test. Inhibitory rates of sectioned sectioned red and white glabrous greenbrler rhizome were 25% and 24% in high dose group( 10g/kg), and 7% and 25% respectively in low dose group(7g/kg). In the in- flammation induced by atoleine experiment, the sectioned red and white glabrous greenbrier rhizome(7g/kg) could reduce the content of NO in serum, the inhibitory rates were 34% and 62%, respectively. Conclusion: Ethanol-extraction liquid from sectioned red and white gla- brous greenbrier rhizome both had anti-inflammatory effect. In acute inflammation ( penetration type) , the anti-inflammatory effect of sec- tioned white was better than that of the red, in chronic inflammation( proliferative type), the sectioned red showed a better anti-inflamatory effect compared to that of the white.
