摘 要:目的:观察芪归糖痛宁颗粒(qiguitangtongning keli,QGTTN)对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠保护作用。方法:以链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射诱导糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic penipheral neuropathy,DPN)大鼠模型。于造模第3天起,给药组分别灌胃给予相应的受试药物,正常组和模型组灌胃给予等容量溶媒,疗程8周。实验结束后,检测大鼠对热、冷刺激反应时间;腹主动脉采血,比色法测定血清中MDA、SOD的活性;酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-1、TNF-α含量;同时取固定部位坐骨神经,HE染色观察坐骨神经组织病理学变化。结果:芪归糖痛宁颗粒能明显改善坐骨神经病理组织学损伤程度;低剂量组(3g/kg)、中剂量组(6g/kg)、高剂量组(12g/kg)均明显缩短大鼠热、冷刺激反应时间;中剂量组(6g/kg)、高剂量组(12g/kg)能显著降低糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠血清中MDA、IL-1、TNF-α含量,升高SOD水平。结论:芪归糖痛宁颗粒对STZ诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠具有一定的保护作用。To investigate the protection of Qiguitangtongning keli (QGTTN) in diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats. Methods: A DPN model was made by intraperitoneal injection of Strep tozotocin. QGTrN was used daily via lavage at third day for 8 weeks. Contents of MDA and SOD were determinate by chromatometry,the IL-1 and TNF-ct content were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Changes in the histological structure of the sciatic nerve was observed optical-micr-scopieaUy by HE staining. Results: QGTYN obviously improved the pathological of the sciatic nerve was revesed. Low (3g/kg/d) , middle(6g/kg/d) and high(12g/kg/d) dose group could obviously shorten rats reactivity time of heat and cold stress. Meanwhile, middle and high dose group could significantly reduce MDA, IL-1 and TNF-a con- tents, step up level of SOD. Conclusion: QGTrN has protective effect on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
