摘  要:阐明缺血性脑血管病(ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,ICVD)分子机制研究进展,探讨目前临床上中药抗ICVD的作用机制,为临床合理用药及相关创新药物研发提供思路。中药在治疗缺血性脑血管病方面取得较好疗效,但对其治病分子机制研究相对较少,而阐明其分子机制是了解其发挥功能的基础。目前,临床治疗药物大多是针对单一致病机制研发,没有考虑疾病病程发展,致使某些药物应用有一定局限性。因此,采用适合分子机制研究的脑缺血动物模型,从分子机制探索中药抗脑缺血的机制,可能是行之有效的方法。还应加强药物多成分之间药效、时效、量效及其机制相关性的研究,为有效开发创新药物提供依据。The drug treatment of ICVD was studied by summarizing the pathogenesis of ICVD, in order to provide reference and ideas for clinical rational drug use and the development of ICVD innovative drugs. Traditional Chinese medicine show better efficacy in the treatment of ische- mic cerebrovascular disease, but its molecular mechanisms was relatively vague. The studios to clarify its molecular mechanism are the basis for its functioning. Clinical therapies are mostly developed for a single pathogenic mechanism, not considered disease progression, resulting in certain drug applications have some limitations. The scholars have paid more attention to traditional Chinese medicine, because it~ unique treatment to ICVD. But it usually focused on the single composition, the compound of TCM,the multi-component studies have little advance- ments, so we must do more researches in this respect, in order to provide references and research ideas for innovative drugs. For the molecu- lar mechanism of cerebral ischemia animal model should be used to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine against brain ische- mia. Therefore, efficacy, timeliness, dose-effect and its mechanism correlation between the multi-ingredient drugs should be strengthened to provide a basis for the effective development of innovative drugs.
