摘　　要：胶原酶可特异性地催化、降解胶原是胶原酶化学溶核术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主要机理。胶原酶化学溶核术临床应用中需要严格掌握适应证，注意影响胶原酶疗效的配药禁忌，胶原酶还能松解硬膜外瘢痕粘连。The mechanism of chemonucleolysis with collagenase is that it can specially catalyze and degrade the collagen of intervertebral disc,and it also can release epidural cicatrix adhesion. The clinical application of collagenase chemonucleolysis have to grasp strict indications, pay attention to the imcompatihity, and avoid improperly drug-drug interactions.
