摘  要:以疏解3~8次的慈竹纤维化竹单板为材料,对其吸水率、吸胶率和吸附性能进行测试,并形成了纤维化竹单板微创处理后的三维图像。结果表明:纤维化竹单板的吸水率、吸胶率、孔径、孔容和比表面积最高分别可达到87.08%、75.56%、467.298 nm、0.000 172 cm3/g和0.015 1 m2/g,各项性能随着疏解次数的增加而增加;疏解对材料的损伤深度为284μm,裂隙宽度在30~300μm,可达到破坏竹青的目的。Bambusa distegia was used as the material for crushed bamboo veneer under three to eight crushing times. The performances were evaluated by its water absorption, gum absorption and adsorptive properties, and the 3D images of crushed bamboo veneer were also formed after minimal invasion treatment. The results show that the water absorption, gum absorption, pore size, pore volume and specific surface area of crushed bamboo veneer are with the highest value of 87.08%, 75.56%, 467. 298 nm, 0. 000 1"/2 cm3/g and 0.015 1 m2/g, respectively. The values increase with the increase of crushing times. Damage depth and fracture width of crushed bamboo veneer are 284 um and 30-300 um, respectively. Therefore, the crushing can achieve the destruction purpose for the outer of bamboo.
