摘  要:利用12份不同基因型F1进行单倍体杂交诱导与自然加倍研究,分析不同材料单倍体诱导率和加倍结实率的差异性。结果表明:12份不同基因型F1的单倍体诱导率和加倍结实率都存在显著的差异,诱导率最高达11.03%,最低为3.34%;加倍结实率最高达13.20%,最低为2.61%。2组正反交组合的单倍体诱导率差异较小,而其中1组正反交组合的加倍结实率存在显著差异,最高相差3.34%。单倍体的雄穗加倍率与加倍结实率存在极显著的相关性,且雄穗正常散粉植株加倍获得稳定纯系的比例较高,达89.52%。Twelve different genotype F1 maize materials were crossed by pollen from haploid induction line to test their ability to produce haploid and to spontaneous chromosome doubling. The difference of haploid induction rates and self-seed rates was analyzed in this paper. Results indicated that the haploid induction rates and self-seed rates among different genotype differ greatly. The highest haploid induction rate is 11.03% while the lowest is 3.34%. The highest self-seed rate is 13.20% while the lowest is 2.61%. The results also showed that the difference of haploid induction rates was insignificant in the two reciprocal cross, but the self-seed rate was significant in one reciprocal cross, up to 3. 34%. At the same time, there was significant correlation between the haploid tassel doubling rates and the self - seed rates. The anther scattered pollen normally was in the majority in self-seed plant, up to 89.52%.
