摘 要:针对肉苁蓉无限生长习性,研究了打顶对肉苁蓉种子产量和质量的影响。结果表明:(1)蕾期打顶和初花期打顶的单株有效果数分别减少了26.71%和9.32%,每果重分别增加了9.45%和14.17%。(2)蕾期打顶和初花期打顶的每果种子重分别增加了27.34%和30.47%,种子千粒重分别增加了24.69%和15.12%,大粒种子(>0.7 mm)所占比例分别增加了24.85%和31.12%。(3)蕾期打顶和初花期打顶的单株肉苁蓉种子产量分别降低了6.97%和增加了18.15%。(4)蕾期打顶和初花期打顶的种子饱满度分别增加了18.90%和18.35%,萌发率分别增加了13.34%和15.34%。结论:初花期打顶通过增加每果种子重和种子千粒重提高了肉苁蓉种子产量同时通过提高种子饱满度和萌发率提高了种子质量。Capsules and seeds of C. deserticola were used to study the seed yield and quality of C. deserticola by topping. The results showed: ( 1 ) the number of effective capsules per plant of bud stage topping and early flowering stage topping reduced 16. 88% and 9.07% , the single capsule weight increased 9. 45% and 14.17%. (2)the seed weight per capsule of bud stage topping and early flowering stage topping increased 27.34% and 30.47% ,the 1 000-grain weight increased 24.69% and 15.12% ,the proportion of large seeds ( 〉0.7 ram)increased 24.85% and 31.12%. (3) the seed yield per plant of bud stage topping and early flowering stage topping reduced 6.97% and increased 18.15%. (4)the seed plumpness of bud stage topping and early flowering stage topping increased 18.90% and 18.35% , germination rate increased 13.34% and 15.34%. Therefore ,the early flowering stage topping improved the seed yield and quality of C. deserticola.
