摘　　要：目的:评估对未婚流动青年实施生殖健康干预活动的效果。方法:类试验研究。2010～2011年对成都地区3个行政区中选择工厂和服务场所的780例15～24岁未婚流动青年开展了调查。在干预组对象中开展了涉及6个专题的生殖健康知识教育和生活技能培训活动。结果:干预活动明显提高了干预组对象的性与生殖健康相关知识综合得分及各项知识回答正确率,对转变干预对象的性相关态度有正向影响,对增加干预对象避孕措施的使用有一定作用。调查对象主动利用性与生殖健康相关服务差。结论:生殖健康知识教育和生活技能培训能不同程度地改善未婚流动青年的相关知识、态度与行为,也受调查对象欢迎。制定长期、可持续的干预战略以改善未婚流动人群的生殖健康状况应受到高度重视。Objective： To evaluate the effect of reproductive health intervention activities for unmarried migrant youth. Methods： A quasi - experimental research was conducted to investigate 780 unmarried migrant youth aged 15 -24 years old from factories and service - oriented places in 3 districts of Chengdu area from 2010 to 2011. Among the study objects, reproductive health knowledge education and liv ing skills training related to six special subjects were conducted. Results： The interventional activities significantly improved the scores of sex and reproductive health related knowledge and answer correct rate of study objects, which had a positive impact on conversion of sex - re- lated attitude of study objects, and it played a certain role in increasing usage of contraceptive measures among study objects. The correlation between active utilization of study objects and related service of reproductive health was poor. Conclusion： Reproductive health knowledge education and living skills training can improve related knowledge, attitude, and behavior of unmarried migrant youth in varying degrees, and they are popularized among study objects. More attention should be paid to formulating long - term and sustainable interventional strategies to improve reproductive health status of unmarried migrant youth.
