肿瘤标志物CA125检测在卵巢疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨CA125单项及联合CA199、CEA检测在卵巢癌及其他肿瘤诊断方面的价值。方法:应用ADVA Cen-taur和ADVIA Centaur XP全自动化学发光免疫分析仪测定647例患者及50例健康妇女的血清CA125和CA199、CEA,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:647例患者CA125总阳性率为22.4%(145/647);卵巢癌CA125阳性率为81.0%(34/42);良性卵巢肿瘤CA125阳性率为18.8%(12/64);子宫内膜异位症CA125阳性率为62.5%(30/48);妇科其他疾病CA125的阳性率为11.8%(45/381),与正常妇女相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CA125对卵巢癌及其他肿瘤鉴别诊断有一定的意义,CA125与CA199及CEA联合检测可以提高卵巢癌诊断的敏感性。Objective： To explore the clinical values of CA125 deleelion and joint detet：tion of CA125 , CA199, and CEA in diagnosis of ovarian cancer and other tumors. Methods： ADVA Centaur and ADVIA Centaur XP automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay were used to detect serum levels of CA125 , CA199, and CEA in 647 patients and 50 heahhy women, and then the resuhs were analyzed relrospee- tively. Results： The total positive rate of CA125 in 647 patients was 22.4% （145/647） ; the positive rates of CA 125 in patients with ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor, endometriosis, and other gynecological diseases were 81.0% （34/42）, 18.8% （12/64）, 62.5% （30/ 48） , and 1 l. 8% （45/381） , respectively, compared with normal women, there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Con- clusion： CA125 has a certain significance in differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer and other tumors, joint detection of CA125 , CA199, and CEA can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of ovarian cancer.
