摘  要:为综合评价亚临界有机朗肯循环系统的环保和热经济性能,在分析系统循环性能的基础上,采用火用参数对工质的环境影响进行量化,提出有机朗肯循环系统环境影响评价模型和系统综合评价指标,对比分析了以可持续性系数为指标评价ORC系统整体性能的合理性,用实例研究了系统参数对循环性能的影响。结果发现,ORC系统可节省标准煤6.42×106 kg/a,减少CO2排放2.83×107 kg/a;系统可持续性系数随着膨胀机进口温度的升高存在最大值;并指出工质R124和R600a是综合考虑环保和循环性能等因素下较好的选择。To comprehensively evaluate the environmental protection and thermal cost-effectiveness performance of a sub-critical organic Rankine cycle system,on the basis of an analysis of the cyclic performance of the system,the exergy parameter was used to quantify the environment influence of the working medium with a model for evaluating the environment influence of an organic Rankine cycle system and a comprehensive evaluation index being presented.Furthermore,the authors have also compared and analyzed the rationality of a sustainability coefficient to serve as an index to evaluate the overall performance of an organic Rankine cycle system.Finally,the influence of the parameters of a system on the cyclic performance was studied through a practical case.It has been found that the ORC system can save standard coal by 6.42×106 kg/a and reduce equivalent CO2 emissions by 1.26×107 kg/a.The sustainability coefficient of the system has a maximum value with an increase of the temperature at the inlet of the expander.It has been noted that the working medium R124 and R600a are the relatively good choice with the environment protection and cyclic performance etc.factors being considered in a comprehensive way.
