摘　　要：血压变异性是描述血压在一段时间内波动程度的量化指标。近年来国际上许多大型研究表明血压异常波动、血压变异性增大可促进心脏、脑、肾脏等重要靶器官受损，具有重要的临床意义。现就血压变异性的近期研究进展及相关药物治疗做一综述。Blood pressure variability is a quantitative index which describes the fluctuation of blood pressure during a period of time. In recent years the research from around the world has shown that abnormal fluctuations or abnormal increases in blood pressure can cause damage to the heart, brain, kidney and other target organs. This indicates that there is clinical significance. This article reviews current developments in the study of blood pressure variation and related treatments.
