摘　　要：中国共产党第十八次代表大会的报告提出"全面正确贯彻落实党的民族政策"的要求,本文以此为题,从坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,促进各民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展三个方面,论述了对报告的理解和体会。A claim,namely,'fully and faithfully implement the Party's policies concerning ethnic groups',is put forward in the Report to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.On the basis of the claim,the paper explains the Report from the three aspects:insisting on every confidence in our path,in our theories and in our system,upholding and improving the system of regional ethnic autonomy,and promoting all Chinese ethnic groups' living and developing together in harmony.
