摘 要:对5052/AZ31/5052热轧镁铝复合板进行160℃~340℃的退火处理,研究了退火温度对复合板界面组织、镁合金基体组织和室温力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,原光整的复合界面转变为具有一定厚度的扩散层,扩散层的厚度不断增加。退火后,镁合金基体组织孪晶消失,形成等轴的再结晶晶粒,平均晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高先减小后增大。同时,退火后复合板的屈服强度和抗拉强度有所下降,屈强比降低,断后伸长率明显提高。在200℃下保温60 min后空冷,复合板的综合性能最好。The 5052/AZ31/5052 magnesium-aluminum composite plate has been annealed at 160 -340℃. The effect of annealing temperature on structure of compositing interface and magnesium alloy matrix, room temperature mechanical properties has been investigated. The resuits show that the original gliding-rolled interface became diffusion layer with a certain thickness after annealing, and the diffusion layer becomes thicker with annealing temperature increasing. The compound twins of magnesium alloy matrix disappeared and recrystallized into isometric crystals after annealing. The average grain size first decreases and then increases as the annealing temperature is elevated. The yield strength, tensile strength and yield/strength ratio of annealed composite plates descend, however the fracture elongation be increased obviously after annealing. The best over-all properties can be obtained when the composite plate being annealing treated at 200℃ with 60min holding,and then being cooled in air.
