摘  要:目的探讨邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(mono-n-butyl phthalate,MBP)对小鼠睾丸氧化损伤的影响。方法 36只性成熟的雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分为4个MBP染毒组(25、50、100、200 mg/kg)和1个空白对照组、1个溶剂对照组(食用油),每组6只,灌胃14 d后观察睾丸的组织形态学损伤;检测睾丸组织的活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果 100和200 mg/kg组小鼠睾丸组织不同发育时期生殖细胞的数量减少;随着MBP染毒剂量的升高,睾丸组织ROS含量与MDA含量逐渐上升,GSH含量逐渐降低;100和200 mg/kg组上述指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较高剂量的MBP会引起小鼠睾丸细胞的氧化损伤。Objective To investigate the potential oxidative damages of mono-n-butyl phthalate on testicle tissue of mice, Methods A total of 36 male Balb/c mice were divided into four MBP exposure groups , one blank control group and one solvent control group (edible oil). Four MBP exposure groups were exposed to MBP with different doses (25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg)through gavage for 14 consecutive days, then the histological change of the testis was examined and the contents of ROS, MDA and GSH in the testicle homogenate were measured. Results The number of germ cells decreased in 100 and 200 mg/kg MBP groups, it also showed that the contents of ROS and MDA increased gradually while GSH content decreased with the increase of exposure doses, the difference between 100, 200 mg/kg group and control group was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion MBP may increase the oxidative stress and cause oxidative damage in testicle of mice at relatively higher concentration.
