摘 要:为了研究中国荷斯坦牛甘油二脂酰基转移酶1(DGAT1)基因第8外显子对产奶性状的遗传效应,试验以宁夏地区8个公牛家系的各8头女儿(共计64头)中国荷斯坦母牛为研究对象,采用ABI3730测序仪对DGAT1基因第8外显子进行基因型检测,检测出AA、AB、BB 3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.594,0.344,0.062;采用SAS 8.02软件对4个产奶性状与DGAT1基因第8外显子的关联性进行分析。结果表明:AA型校正305天产奶量明显高于AB型和BB型,AB型和BB型乳脂率明显高于AA型,3种基因型的乳蛋白率和体细胞数相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。To study genetic effects of DGAT1 gene exon 8 on milk production traits in Chinese Holstein cow. A total of sixty - four Chinese Hol- stein Cows were used as the research object, wich were from eight sire families with eight daighters per sire. The three genotypes ( AA, AB and BB ) of the DGAT1 gene exon 8 in the Chinese Hostein cows were detected by using the ABI3730 DNA Sequencer, and their genotype frequen- cies were 0. 594,0. 344 and 0. 062, respectively. Then, the SAS 8.02 software was used to analyze the correlation between four milk production traits and the DGATI gene exon 8. The results showed that the AA genotype was significantly higher than AB and BB genotypes on 305 - day corrected milk yield, the AB and I~.B genotypes were significantly higher than the AA genotype on milk fat percentage, but the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) between milk protein percentage and somatic cell count for the three genotypes.
