摘 要:威斯坦·休·奥登称托马斯·哈代为自己"诗歌上的父亲",认为他给予自己最为重要的教诲是"鹰的视域"。奥登早年得益于"鹰的视域",但也因为这种全景视角而产生了不可调和的空间距离和情感疏离的问题。他逐渐质疑"鹰的视域",并走向了"鹰的视域"的反面,强调具体可感的真实和本土视角的亲近。他的视角转变充分显示了他的思想与创作的演变轨迹。Wystan Hugh Auden is one of the most important poets of the 20 th century.He had been deeply influenced by Thomas Hardy since the beginning of his creative career.What he valued most in Hardy was his ' hawk's vision ',namely,the panoramic perspective.However,as time went by,he gradually doubted on this perspective,and even criticized the problems of spatial distance and emotional alienation caused by it.What's more,he later changed to emphasize the importance of close relationship and the benefit of real experience both in his life and works.The development of Auden's view on ' hawk's vision ' reveals his personal growth and changes.
