摘　　要：本文在分析城市化进程中农村社区多样化和农村社会管理复杂性及特点的基础上,提出了创新农村社会管理的原则,并提出了创新农村社会管理的战略选择:依靠发展解决最普遍的社会管理问题,通过完善机制解决最突出的社会管理问题,借助法律援助解决最棘手的社会管理问题,建立应急反应机制解决突发性社会管理问题,通过周密部署解决周期性的社会管理问题。In the process of rapid urbanization,Chinese rural communities present a variety of characteristics,and the rural management is becoming more and more complex.This paper puts forward the principles and strategic choices of rural social management:only through the development can we resolve the most universal social management issues.To solve the most prominent social management issues,we need to improve the mechanism.To solve the most intractable social management issues,we should provide more legal aid to rural area.We need to establish emergency response mechanisms to answer the emergency social management issues.And we can solve the periodical social management issues by careful arrangements.
