摘 要:介绍了青岛某啤酒废水处理工程,该工程采用初沉—调节—CLR(沼气提升内循环厌氧反应器)—A/O处理工艺。对CLR反应器COD的去除情况及其颗粒污泥活性以及A/O运行效果进行了分析,当CLR反应器的处理负荷为10kgCOD/(m3.d)时,COD去除率可达80%以上,A/O池为0.5kgCOD/(m3.d)时,COD去除率为90%以上,出水COD小于60mg/L。同时CLR反应器内的污泥比产甲烷活性可达175mL/(g.d),出水水质可达《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005)和广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段一级标准。This paper introduced the brewery wastewater treatment project in Qingdao which used the process of "preliminary sedimentation - adjustment - CLR (methane lifting cycling reactor)- A/O". The removal of COD and particle activated sludge in CLR and the operation effects of A/O were analyzed. When the processing load in CLR was 10 kgCOD/(m^3 · d), the COD removal efficiency could reach above 80%; when the processing load in A/O tank was 0. 5 kgCOD/(m^3 · d), the COD removal efficiency could reach above 90% and effluent COD was less than 60 mg/L. Meanwhile, the ratio of sludge to methane could reach 175 mL/(g · d) and the effluent could meet the requirements of discharge standard of pollutants for brewery industry ( GB 19821-2005) and the first grade requirements in second time of discharge standards of wastewater pollutants (DB 44/26-2001) in Guangdong Province.
