摘  要:选用孔径为74μm的不锈钢网作为动态膜支撑体组件,结合UCT工艺研究了动态膜生物反应器(DMBR)处理生活污水的运行效果及泥饼特性。结果表明,DMBR出水水质基本上可以满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)中的一级A排放标准;动态膜污染跨膜压差快速增长阶段的平均速率约为1.13 kPa/h;微生物胞外聚合物提取分析发现蛋白质类物质浓度大于多糖类物质浓度,其比值约3~5;动态膜泥饼层对大分子物质起到了很好的截留作用;泥饼层阻力是动态膜组件过滤阻力的主要部分,约占总阻力95.79%。动态膜膜污染易控制,且反冲洗容易,膜通量恢复率达到96.9%。红外光谱分析表明膜组件表面泥饼层的主要污染物为多糖和蛋白质类物质。The operation and cake characteristics in a dynamic membrane bioreactor (DMBR) were investigated, which selected 74 μm stainless steel mesh as the dynamic membrane support mesh and adopted university of cape town (UCT) process as the treatment process. The results indicated that effluent of the DMBR basically complies with the First Class, Type A of the Chinese discharge standard of pollutants for a municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918--2002). The average membrane fouling rate of transmembrane pressure (TMP) reached 1.13 kPa/h in the rapid growth stage. The concentration of proteins was higher than polysaccharides in extracellular polymeric substances (EPS), and the proteins/polysaccharides ratio ranged from 3 to 5. The dynamic membrane played a preferable retention to macromolecular substances. The cake layer exerted the dominant filtration resistance in the dynamic membrane process, whose percentage in total resistance was 95.79%.The dynamic membrane could be sloughed offeasily by back wash, and the membrane flux recover rate was reach to 96.9%. The FTIR spectra of cake layer showed that protein and polysaccharide were the dominant fouling pollutants of the dynamic membrane.
