摘　　要：本文论述了全球经济一体化以及中国软件产业转型、升级过程中面临的机遇与挑战,由此高等工程教育国际化对软件人才培养的改革与创新提出新需求。本文介绍了北京交通大学国家示范性软件学院致力于国际化软件工程人才培养模式的探索与改革,针对国际化人才培养理念、人才培养目标、人才培养制度、人才培养模式等诸多方面进行大胆探索与实践,形成了一套具有专业特色的培养体系,努力为我国高校培养国际化软件人才提供借鉴,做出示范。文中给出了一些具体的典型做法和数据。This paper discusses the global economic integration and the opportunities and challenges during the transformation and upgrade of China＇s software industry. Thus, the internationalization of higher engineering education has begun to require new demands for reform and innovation of the software personnel training. It describes the exploration and reform of the international software engineering personnel cultivation mode by National Model Software College of Beijing Jiaotong University The col- lege has made bold exploration and practiced aiming at international personnel training conception, target, system and mode, which has formed a set of professional training system, and has endeavored to provide a reference for our colleges and universities to train international software personnel. There are some specific practices and data in the paper.
