摘  要:综述近年来国内外多轴低周疲劳研究的现状,主要评述各种基于临界面法的多轴低周疲劳寿命估算方法。基于1CrMoV高中压转子钢的拉扭比例和非比例应变控制疲劳试验,运用弹塑性有限元法对该加载条件下的试件进行分析和计算,结合试验和有限元的分析结果,检验几种临界面模型对1CrMoV钢在复杂载荷下的低周多轴疲劳寿命预测精度。结果表明基于应变准则的Li Jing(LZH)方法和Li(LRF)方法以及基于能量准则的Varvani-Farahani(VF)和Lee(LKN)方法存在较高的精度,其中VF和LZH模型不含有经验常数,便于工程应用。Recent development of muhiaxial low cycle fatigue is summarized. Multiaxial fatigue life prediction methods of the critical plane approach are concentrated. A series of fatigue tests were presented on 1 CrMoV rotor steel under proportional and non-proportional axial-torsional loading. The finite element method (FEM) is used for the analysis of the multiaxial fatigue behavior of the test specimens of 1 CrMoV steel as well as the state of the stress-strain. Basing FEM results, several critical plane approaehs are presented and applied to correlate results from tests conducted on 1 CrMoV specimens. The computational results show that the strain-based models Li Jing(LZH) and Li(LRF) as well as the energy-based models Varvani-Farahani(VF) and Lee(LKN) give satisfactory life predictions when the maximum damage plane is used for the critical plane, the LZH and VF models without containing empirical constant are easy and convenient for engineering application.
