摘 要:为了确保变电站扩建或投运并联电抗器系统的安全性,采用理论分析、现场试验及仿真计算相结合的方法,对并联电抗器合闸产生过电压进行了研究。从SF6断路器瞬态预击穿机理以及波的折反射2个方面理论分析了并联电抗器合闸产生过电压的原因;在ATP-EMTP中建立SF6断路器预击穿模型,并对现场试验进行仿真计算。通过试验和仿真研究发现并联电抗器合闸产生预击穿时,在电抗器首端将出现标幺值为4.0左右的过电压。因此,建议电站投运并联电抗器时采取阻容吸收器进行限压。仿真结果显示,采取阻容吸收装置可以将并联电抗器的最大合闸过电压标幺值限制到1.68,且还可以抑制系统中的谐波。研究发现了变电站并联电抗器合闸预计穿现象,可为投入并联电抗器组时现场防护措施提供参考。To ensure the safety of substation expanding and new shunt reactor operation,we researched the overvoltage of shunt reactor during switching-on process by theoretical analysis,tests and simulations,and theoretically analyzed the reasons of the overvoltage from two aspects,namely,mechanism of transient prebreakdown of SF6 breaker and reflection and refraction of wave.Moreover,we established a SF6 breaker prebreakdown model in ATP-EMTP to simulate the field tests.Tests and simulation results showed that the specific overvoltage on the reactor during process of switching-on could reach 4.0.However,simulation results showed that,with resistance and capacitance absorption equipment,the specific overvoltage could be decreased to 1.68 in the same condition.Simulation results indicated that the absorption equipment could be an effective measure for overvoltage limitation,which not only decreased the systematic overvoltage but also restrained systematic harmonics.The pre-breakdown phenomenon introduced in this paper could be referred for protection of shunt reactor operation in substations.
