摘  要:随着复合绝缘子在我国电网上的应用数量不断增加,其运行状态直接影响着输电系统安全。采用光纤光栅来监测复合绝缘子的运行状况,已成为复合绝缘子监测的重要手段。为了弄清故障状态下复合绝缘子内光栅波长与复合绝缘子应变之间的关系,模拟了复合绝缘子芯棒断裂、伞裙破坏和金具不同压接程度等情况,分析了这些情况下应力应变或热应变与破损比例及光栅中心波长变化之间的关系。结果表明,随着芯棒破损面积的增大,光栅的波长均随着破损深度大小上升,并且离破损点最近的光栅波长变化幅度最大;光栅波长随绝缘子通电时间的增加有明显的增加,伞裙破损点的波长漂移量较未破损有显著变大的趋势;压接区内光纤光栅的温度灵敏度系数随金具侧向压力的增大而明显增大,压接区的热涨应力对温度灵敏度的变化也有一定的影响。这预示着该法获得的数据可为复合绝缘子的运行提供检测参考。Applying fiber Bragg grating(FBG) to monitor composite insulators status online has become an effective monitor technique.In order to obtain the relationship between the stress change of the insulator and the center wavelength of FBG in composite rods,we simulated fault conditions such as the rod breakdown,umbrella skirt damage,and different electrical fitting conditions etc.,and analyzed the relationship among the stress of the implanted FBG,the damage proportion and the center wavelength.The results show that the wavelength of FBG increases with the broken area of the rod,and the change has the maximum value near the point of failure;the wavelength of FBG has a significant increasing trend with the running time of the insulator,and the drift value of umbrella skirt damage is higher than that of non-damage condition;the temperature sensitivity coefficient of FBG in the end fitting markedly increases with the lateral pressure value,and the heat stress of end fitting has a certain extending effect on the coefficient.These data can provide evaluation references for running composite insulators.
