摘 要:电流引线的最小漏热优化和电气绝缘设计是220kV/3kA冷绝缘高温超导电缆终端设计的重要方面。为此,根据Weidemann-Franz定律分析了传导冷却方式下铜、铝材料电流引线的漏热情况,应用平均值法计算了最小漏热时铜、铝引线的长度、截面积、半径。结果表明,通过3kA电流时,截面积240mm2、长309.6mm铜引线和截面积400mm2、长308.0mm铝引线均满足最小漏热要求,单根引线每kA电流漏热分别为42.7 W和43.1 W。选用环氧树脂DW-3作为导体层电流引线的外部绝缘,制作样品进行了液氮环境下的工频击穿试验,得到了其击穿场强13kV/mm,推导了绝缘厚度和低温终端内半径的关系。结果表明,220kV低温终端内半径140mm,铜引线DW-3绝缘厚度22.0mm、铝引线DW-3绝缘厚度21.5mm均能够满足绝缘强度要求,并可与常规220kV室温终端配合。Optimization design,including optimization of minimum heat-leakage and electrical insulation for current leads,is a significant aspect in the terminal design of 220 kV/3 kA cold dielectric(CD) high temperature superconducting(HTS) cables.We analyzed the heat leakage of conduction-cooled current leads made from copper or aluminum according to the Weidemann-Franz law,and obtained parameters,such as length,cross section,and radius,on condition of the minimum heat-leakage by using the average-value method.The results show that,carrying 3 kA current,copper leads with cross section of 240 mm2 and length of 309.6 mm,and aluminum leads with cross section of 400 mm2 and length of 308.0 mm can meet requirements of the minimum heat leakage design,and the corresponding single conductor heat leakage will be 42.7 W and 43.1 W per kA current,respectively.DW-3,a kind of epoxy resin which could withstand ultra-low temperature,was chosen as the insulation material of conduction-current leads,then AC breakdown strength of processed current lead samples at liquid N2 temperature(13 kV/mm) was obtained.Moreover,the relationship between the DW-3 insulation thickness and the inner radius of cryogenic terminal was obtained by the experimental results.Generally,an insulation thickness of 22.0 mm and 21.5 mm for copper leads and aluminum leads respectively in a 220 kV cryogenic terminal with inner radius of 140 mm can satisfy the cryogenic insulation requirements and match normal 220 kV room-temperature terminals.
