摘  要:为了克服促进药物经皮渗透电穿孔技术中电源充电电流不足和电磁兼容性差的问题,研制了双源推挽功率和电磁隔离等技术,以改进现有经皮给药电穿孔仪的性能。双源推挽功率器是由变比为1:80的变压器、功率MOS管、晶体管、脉宽调制控制电路和与门等组成,电磁隔离器是由隔离电源和信号隔离2部分组成。改进后的经皮给药电穿孔仪在以BALB/c裸鼠背部皮肤和美托洛尔经药物为模式进行了验证性实验,实验脉冲条件所用的电容、脉冲电压、脉冲率分别为100μF、184V、20个/min,47μF、269V、20个/min和22μF、393V、20个/min。结果表明:22μF、47μF和100μF电容的脉冲截断系数分别为0.18、0.21和0.25,电磁兼容引起的误操作和误显示消除。因而双源推挽功率技术和电磁隔离技术可以有效降低脉冲截断系数,提高电磁兼容性。In order to overcome shortcomings of transdermal drug delivery(TDD),including insufficient charge current for capacitor in power supplies and poor electromagnetic compatibility these two troubles,and to improve the performances of existing electroporation apparatuses for TDD,we developed a dual-source push-pull power amplifier(DPPA) and an electromagnetic isolation(EI).The DPPA consisted of some 1:80 transformers,power metal-oxid-semiconductor(MOS),transistor,pulse width modulation control circuit and 'and' gate,and so on.The EI consisted of an isolated power supply and a signal isolation circuit.The improved electroporation apparatus was tested by experiments with BALB/c nude mice and metoprolol.The capacitor/ pulse voltage/ pulse rate of adopted pulse protocols include 100 μF/184 V/20 pulses per minute,47 μF/269 V/20 pulses per minute and 22 μF/393 V/20 pulses per minute.The results showed that the truncation coefficients of pulse were 0.18,0.21 and 0.25 for the capacitors of 22 μF,47 μF,and 100 μF,respectively,and the misoperation and error display due to electromagnetic compatibility were eliminated.It is concluded that the presented DPPA and EI can effectively reduce the truncation coefficient of pulses and improve the electromagnetic compatibility of TDD apparatus.
