摘 要:为研究极低频磁场长期暴露对日本长耳大白兔血常规及肝肾功能的影响,验证现行电磁场限值合理性,选用80只日本长耳大白兔(雌雄各半)在不同强度磁场(磁感应强度分别为30、100、200μT,频率为50Hz)中暴露4个月,磁场暴露前和磁场暴露期间,每月记录兔体质量,同时检测血常规和肝肾功能。实验结果显示:暴露期间,兔体质量逐渐增加,各组间无显著性差异(概率P>0.05)。与对照组(磁感应强度为0)相比,血常规及肝肾功能无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,选定的实验条件下ELE-MF对日本长耳大白兔体质量无影响,对血常规和肝肾功能也无影响。We experimentally investigated the effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields(ELF-MF) exposure on blood routine and the liver/renal functions of rabbits to verify the validity of current limitation on electromagnetic fields.In the experiment,80 Japanese rabbits(half male and half female) were exposed in 50 Hz magnetic field of different intensities(30 μT,100 μT,200 μT) for 4 months.Weight,blood routine,and the liver/renal functions of the rabbits were determined before and monthly during the magnetic field exposure.The results show that the body weights increase,but no obvious difference appears among groups;compared with the sham group(0 μT),no obvious difference(probability,P0.05)is found in the liver and renal functions either.These results indicate that,with the presented parameters,the ELE-MF does not influence the weight,the blood routine,and the liver/renal functions of Japanese rabbits.
