摘 要:在辽宁境内10个三裂叶豚草(Ambrosia trifida)多发地进行调查,采集豚草根际土壤,淘洗-过筛-重糖离心法分离线虫并镜检,分离出20个属的线虫,鉴定出7种:双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera),钩形矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus aduncus),小尾盾线虫(Scutellonema brachyurus),喜悦平滑垫刃线虫(Psilenchus hilaru-lus),畸形新头叶环线虫(Neolobocriconema aberrans),裂片真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus sparsus)和小茎线虫(Dity-lenchus parvus)。同时,还分离到其他植物线虫、捕食性线虫、食细菌线虫和食真菌线虫。不同种类线虫出现的频率和数量差异较大。Seven nematodes species were investigated and identified from Ambrosia tri.fida root soil sam-pies which were collected from ten counties in Liaoning Province. They are Helicotylenchus dihystera,Tylenchorhynchus aduncus,Scutellonema brachyurus,Psilenchus hilarulus,Neolobocriconema aberrans,Aphelenchus sparsus, Ditylenchus parvus. Parasitic nematodes, predatory nematodes, bacterial-feeding nematodes and fungi-feeding nematodes from other plants were also studied. The frequency and the num-ber of different types of nematodes species were quite different.
