摘 要:为了探讨热浸镀锌中不同助镀剂成膜的均匀性,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、千分尺等研究了锌铵助镀剂、氯化锌助镀剂及自制无铵助镀剂盐膜的形貌、成分及厚度。结果表明:与氯化锌助镀剂相比,传统的锌铵助镀剂和自制的无铵助镀剂更有助于在钢铁基体表面形成成分、厚度均匀的助镀剂盐膜。Galvanizing solutions separately containing zinc-ammonium auxiliary agent,zinc chloride auxiliary agent and ammonium-free auxiliary agent formulated at our laboratory were adopted to prepare hot-dip galvanizing coatings on iron and steel substrate.The morphology and elemental composition of as-prepared galvanizing coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry,and their thickness was determined with a microcalliper.Results indicate that,as compared with zinc chloride auxiliary agent,conventional zinc-ammonium auxiliary agent and ammonium-free auxiliary agent formulated at our laboratory are more favorable for preparing hot-dip galvanizing coatings with uniform composition and thickness on iron and steel substrate.
