摘  要:利用反应型乳化剂制备了水性环氧树脂乳液,利用红外光谱对反应型乳化剂进行结构表征,采用流变仪测定了水性环氧树脂乳液在不同条件下的流变行为,结果表明:水性环氧树脂乳液属于非牛顿流体;对于一定含水量的乳液,温度一定时,黏度随剪切速率的增大而减小,剪切速率一定时,黏度随温度的增大而减小;乳液温度和剪切速率一定时,黏度随含水量的增加而先增大后减小;对于一定含水量的乳液,流动活化能随剪切速率的增大而减小;乳液的剪切速率一定时,流动活化能随含水量的增加而先增加后减小。Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared with reactive emulsifier. The structure of reac- tive emulsifier was characterized by Infrared spectroscopy, and the rheological behavior of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was tested under different conditions with rheometer. The results showed that waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was non - Newtonian fluid. For a certain water content of the emulsion, the viscosity de- creased with the increasing of shear rate at a certain temperature, and the viscosity decreased with the tem- perature increasing at a certain shear rate. The viscosity of emulsion increased firstly then dropped with the water content increasing at the certain temperature and shear rate. The Flow activation energy decreased with the shear rate increasing, and increased firstly then decreased with the water content increase at a certain shear rate.
