摘　　要：根据油田注水除氧剂的作用机理及海上注水系统的技术要求,开发了除氧剂BHO-04并在曹妃甸油田WHPD和FPSO现场试验中获得成功,能将缓冲罐出口的溶解氧控制在0.01 mg/L以内。目前,除氧剂BHO-04已经完全替代进口除氧剂IRU-145CH,成功实现国产化。Oxygen scavenger BHO-04 has been prepared, based on the mechanism of oxygen scavenger and techno- logical requirements of offshore water injection system. The field trials of oxygen scavenger BHO-04 at WHPD and FPSO in CFD oilfield are successful that the dissolved oxygen at the outlet of buffer tanks can be controlled within 0.01 mg/L. At present,the imported oxygen scavenger IRU-145CH has been substituted by oxygen scavenger BHO- 04, realizing the domestic manufacture of oxygen scavenger successfully.
