摘  要:利用无网格重构核粒子法(RKPM)建立了发动机活塞传热分析的计算模型,采用罚函数法施加第一类边界条件,推导了基于RKPM的活塞传热离散控制方程,并引入可视性准则处理了复杂几何区域中RKPM温度场的非连续性.选择具有解析解的算例验证了计算方法和程序的正确性,并利用RKPM传热计算模型求解了混合边界条件下的发动机活塞温度场,温度分布与有限元法、有限体积法结果吻合得很好.结果表明,基于无网格RKPM的传热计算模型无论对规则区域还是对复杂几何区域下的混合边界工程传热问题,都能取得较高的计算精度,为发动机活塞传热分析提供了一种新的方法.A heat transfer calculation model of engine piston was established using reproducing kernel particle method (RKPM). Penalty method was used to set the first boundary condition, and discrete heat transfer governing equation based on RKPM was deduced. Visibility criterion was introduced to deal with the RKPM temperature discontinuity in the complicated geometric domain. Correctness of present method and programs was verified through a numerical example with the analytical solution, and the temperature of piston under mixed boundary conditions was solved using the RKPM heat transfer calculation model. Results show that the heat transfer calculation model based on meshless RKPM can gain the higher calcu- lation accuracy in solving the engineering heat transfer problem under mixed boundaries for both regular domain and complicated geometric domain. The study provides new approach for heat transfer analysis of engine piston.
