口服异维A酸联合红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合口服异维A酸及红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果。方法:选择中重度(Pillsbury分级为Ⅱ或Ⅲ度)寻常性痤疮87例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用口服异维A酸(特维丝)及红蓝光照射联合治疗,对照组单口服异维A酸治疗,研究分析其治疗效果。结果:总体效果评价中,第八周,治疗组痊愈率为30.4%,有效率为89.1%;对照组痊愈率为9.8%,有效率为56.1%,比较两组之间痊愈率及有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:口服异维A酸及红蓝光照射联合治疗中度痤疮疗效好,其疗效明显优于单用异维A治疗,不良反应亦轻微。Objective：To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of isotretinoin in conrbination with red- blue fight phototherapy in the treatment of moderate- to - severe aene vulgaris. Methods 87 patients diagnosed and classified with moderate - to - severe aene （ Pillsbury Ⅱ, Ⅲ, IV ） are randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received oral isotretinoin in combination with red - blue light phototherapy while control group received oral isotretinoin only. Resttlts in the eighth week, the cure rate in treatment group was 30.4 % ~ effective rate was 89.1% while the cure rate in control group is 9.8 % and effective rate was 56. 1%. The difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Isotretinoin in conlbination with red - blue light phototherapy is effective in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris, its clinical efficacy is significantly better than oral isotretinoin alone, with a lower rate of adverse events.
