生物陶瓷热敷结合辩证食疗对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者疗效观察研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生物陶瓷热敷结合辩证食疗治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例脾胃虚寒性胃脘痛患者随机分为两组,两组在中西医常规治疗基础上,实验组60例,采用生物陶瓷热敷结合辨证食疗,对照组60例仅采用一般中西医常规护理方法。结果:实验组总有效率为86.7%;对照组总有效率为60.0%。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用生物陶瓷热敷结合辩证食疗对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者治疗疗效优于中西医常规治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of bioceramic compress dialectical therapeutic treatment of Spleen - stonach deficiency - cold stomachache. Methods A total of 120 patients with spleen deficiency of epigastric pain were randomly divided into two groups, two groups in the routine treatment of Western medicine foundation, experimental group 60 cases, using bioceramic compress combined with syndrome differentiation therapy, 60 cases in control group only with general western medicine routine nursing care. Results ： Th.e total effective rate was 86.7 % ; the control group in the total efficiency of 60.0%.Comparison of the two groups, the diiterence was statistically significant IP 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The therapy efiect oi bioeeramic compress combined with dialectical therapy of Spleen - stomach deficiency - cold stomachache patients is better than that of treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine conventional treatment.
