摘 要:热裂是铝合金熔铸过程中常见的一种铸造缺陷,是工业生产大型均质无缺陷铸锭所面临的重要挑战之一。尽管经过几十年的研究提出了很多理论和模型,但是在对热裂本质的认识上仍存在很多不足和局限性。本研究从固液两相区的性能测量,数值模拟研究所需边界条件的设置,热裂判据的开发及数值模拟的应用等多个方面,总结了铝合金熔铸热裂预测研究中数值模拟方面的研究进展,并就其发展方向提出了建议。Hot tearing is a common casting defect during direct-chill casting of aluminum alloys, which is also one of the great challenges to be solved in the industrial production of large-sized, high quality, defect-free aluminum alloy ingots. Although many theories and models have been proposed after decades of investigation, knowledge on the nature of hot tearing is still limited. The study progress on the numerical simulation of hot tearing prediction during direct chill casting of aluminum alloys such as the properties measurement in semi-solid state, the boundary conditions setting, the development of hot tearing criteria and its applications have been summarized in this paper. Moreover, the possible improvements are suggested as well in the present work.
