摘  要:叶轮是离心泵产品的核心零件,结构形状复杂,对其采用的普通建模手段效率低下而且质量不高。本文在研究了离心泵叶轮三维建模的一般步骤前提下,采用SolidWorks API参数化建模方案,以Visual Basic语言为开发工具,实现了双吸式离心泵叶轮的参数化建模。该系统可以快速地生成双吸式离心泵叶轮三维机械零件模型和铸件模型,提高了离心泵叶轮产品的开发效率和模型精度。Impeller that is the core of the centrifugal pump has complex shape. Ordinary modeling method for the impeller has low efficiency and quality. After analyzing the general steps of modeling in three-dimension CAD environment, applying the parametric modeling scheme based on SolidWorks API, the system of parametric modeling for the double-suction impeller in SolidWorks environment with Visual Basic was developed. By using this system, kinds of double-suction impeller mechanical models and casting models can be obtained rapidly; the efficiency and precision of modeling are improved.
