217吨吊钩上下模铸造工艺的研究

摘　　要：217吨吊钩上下模是生产天车双钩钩头的重要模具,属于厚壁铸件,在使用过程中承受高温及巨大载荷,因此对其性能要求非常高。本文通过对轮廓尺寸2 120 mm×1 760 mm×500 mm,材质为ZG310-570,主体壁厚500 mm的吊钩上下模进行结构分析,针对制造难点,设计出符合实际生产情况的铸造工艺,并成功地铸造出吊钩上下模铸件。The upper and lower dies of 217 ton hook are important dies for producing the double hook of crane, belonging to thick wall casting, which bear high temperature and huge load when being used, so the property requirements are very high. The structures of the upper and lower dies of hook with outline dimension 2 120 mm×1 760 mm×500 mm, ZG310-570 and main wall thickness 500 mm, were analyzed in the paper. Casting process toward manufacturing difficulty was designed according to conditions of the company. The upper and lower dies of hook were produced successfully.
