摘 要:公共服务均等化是社会转型中的一个重大现实和理论问题。本文从江苏13个省辖市等额抽取2580位居民进行访问式问卷调查,经由交互分析和Logistic回归分析,指出了传统的制度性樊篱依然横亘在不同职业类型和阶层中,出现了对公共服务的阶层差异化认同,并进而论证了对公共服务产生认同差异的可能影响因素。文章认为实现公共服务均等化必须根据各阶层需求,解决其基本所需问题,在提升各阶层公共服务供给水平的前提下,着力缩小阶层差距,弥合各阶层的认同差异,促进各阶层和谐发展。Public service equalization is a great realistic and theoretical problem which emerges in the current social transitional period of China. This paper gets information from 2580 residents in 13 cities of Jiangsu province by a survey with open access questionnaire, and points out that the traditional institutional barriers still exist in different types of professional class after we used interaction analysis method and Logistic regression analysis. And we also find that identity about public service is not similar in different classes, and further proved the possible factors affecting the satisfaction degree of public service identity in different classes. To realize the equalization of public service, we must meet various demands of different estate according to their requirements. In condition of the increasing of public service supply in every class, it 's helpful to gradually achieve the balanced assignment of public service in different estate, narrow the gap between classes, and promote the harmonious development of the identity in different classes.
