摘　　要：奥巴马自上任以来采取的经济政策备受争议。文章从奥巴马经济学的提出入手,比较分析了奥巴马经济学与里根经济学所面临的不同国内外宏观经济环境和政治环境,评价了奥巴马在拉动经济复苏方面的经济政策效果。文章认为,个人消费是拉动美国经济复苏的主要因素,就业水平有所改善但失业率居高不下仍是奥巴马任期的首要问题,巨额财政赤字仍困扰美国经济,而民众对奥巴马经济政策的支持率仍充满不确定性。最后文章分析了未来美国经济面临的困境,包括如何寻求新的经济增长点、如何实现经济增长与就业增长同步、如何解决避税天堂引发的海外投资对美国经济复苏产生的负效应,以及如何应对经济的金融化趋势及其治理困境等。Since taking office, Obama＇s economic policies have been controversial. Looking at Obama＇s economic policies, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of Obamanomics and Reaganomics with regard to their different backgrounds in terms of domestic and international macroeconomic policies and political environments, and tries to evaluate the effects of Obama＇s economic policies on stimulating economic recovery. Personal con- sumption is a major factor in driving the U. S. economic recovery. Despite improved employment data, high unemployment is still the most important issue of Obama＇s term. The huge budget deficit is still troubling the U. S. economy, and public support for the economic policies of Obama administration is still divided. Finally, the article analyzes the difficulties faced by the U. S. economy in the future, including how to seek new economic growth points, how to achieve economic growth and employment growth simultaneously, how to resolve the negative effect on the U.S. economic recovery caused by overseas investment in tax havens, as well as how to deal with financialization of the U.S. economy and difficulties associated with regulation.
