摘  要:为了探索LKQ油田E区超深层超稠油注热水开发的可行性,在岩心实验的基础上利用数值模拟方法进行了分析研究。水驱油实验表明油水相渗及驱油效率对温度非常敏感,提高油层温度、降低原油黏度、增加原油流动性是E区超稠油开发的关键。在油藏地质特征综合研究的基础上,优选Y401井区作为注热水先导试验区。数值模拟研究表明,井口流体温度越高,开发效果越好;注采井距70 m,井口注入100℃热水,可以实现有效驱替;井口流体温度一定时,井距越小,20 a末采出程度越高;直井日注100℃热水20 m3时,井底流体温度略高于油层温度,不会造成冷伤害。采用反五点井网,直井注水可以满足注采平衡需要,同时可以验证不同方向热水的驱替效果。试验区注100℃热水开发,预测10 a末采出程度可以达到9.9%,效果较好。In order to explore the feasibility of hot-water injection development of super-heavy oil in uhra-deep reservoir in Zone E of LKQ Oilfield, analysis is condueted by the use of numerical simulation method based on core experiment. Water flooding experiment shows thai oil-water relative permeability and oil displacement efficiency are ver? sensitive to temperature, and improvement of reservoir temperature, reduction of crude oil viscosity and increase of tlow property of crude oil are a key of ultra-heavy oil development of Zone E. On the basis of eomprehensive study of geologie eharacleristics, Y401 well area is optimized as a pilot test area of hot-water injection. The numerical simulation study indicates that the higher wellhead fluid temperature is, the better development effect is, that injection-production well spacing of 70 m and wellhead hot water injection of 100 ℃ can realize the effective displacement, that when wellhead fluid temperature is constant, the smaller well spacing is, the higher the recovery degree is atter 20 years and that when the hot water 20 m^3/d is injected at 100 ℃ in straight well, bottom hole fluid lemperature is slightly higher than the temperature of reservoir, which will not cause the cold injury. Used inverted five-spot pattem water injection of straight well can meet the need of injectionproduction balance, at the same time, can verity, the water flooding effect ill clifferent directions. The degree of reserves recovery after 10 years can reach 9.9% when 100 ℃ hot water is injected in the test area and the effeet is good.
