摘  要:以无机物硫酸钛为钛源、聚硅酸为硅源,采用液相水解-水热法制备了TiO2/SiO2复合光催化剂,考察了水热温度和水热时间对TiO2/SiO2光催化活性的影响,并利用SEM、XRD和BET等手段对光催化剂的形貌、晶相和比表面积等进行了表征。结果表明,在最佳条件下制备的光催化剂在对25 mg/L的甲基橙光催化氧化30 min后,甲基橙的脱色率可达86.7%。物性分析表明,TiO2/SiO2复合光催化剂是一种分散均匀的纳米级球形颗粒,具有较大的比表面积,形成了以锐钛矿相为主的TiO2;硅的加入有效地抑制了TiO2晶粒的生长。The SiO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst was prepared using inorganic titanium and silicon source by liquid phase hydrolysis-hydrothermal method. The influences of hydrothermal reaction temperature and time on the photocatalytic activity were investigated. The external morphology, crystalline phase and specific surface area of the photoeatalysts were characterized by SEM, XRD and BET. The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange by the photocatalyst prepared under the optimal conditions could reach 86.7% after 30 min photocatalysis oxidation. The analysis of the physical properties showed that TiO2/SiO2 composite photocatalysts were nanometre spheric particles which dispersed evenly, had large surface area and mostly formed anatase TiO2. The adding of silicon inhibited effectively the growth of TiO2 crystal particles.
