摘 要:薄板浮法玻璃(PDP_等离子显示板)的退火工艺上与传统浮法玻璃有较大区别,为了更好地解决PDP板宽方向的温度均匀性差、PID系统响应调节速度慢(尤其是在更换生产品种时)等问题。建立了基于"模糊逻辑"控制理论、同时采用退火热过程模型和应力模型进行偏差补偿,并综合考虑冷却速度和温度变化率等因素的退火窑在线优化控制系统。现场实测数据显示,像与传统PID控制相比,新系统具有自适应性强、调节时间短和鲁棒性好等优点。The annealing process of PDP (Plasma Display Panel) in lehr has significant differences with traditional float glass. In order to better solve the problems of uniform temperature difference along with width of PDP plate, improve PID system response time and adjust speed ( especially during in transitional stage between two different thickness ribbon). The new on-line optimize control system of lehr has been established that is base on fuzzy logic control theory, deviation compensations using thermal process model and stress model , considering the cooling speed and zone temperature alteration ratio, and other factors. On the basis of feedback field data, as compared with the traditional PID control, the new system has strong adaptability, short adjustment time and good robustness, etc.
