摘　　要：在MIS领域,人们多对其技术及影响等方面讨论较多,但对MIS的模型讨论较少.该文通过MIS的定义,从技术构成角度描述了MIS的一般模型,包括一般模型的基本构成要素、体系结构及功能等.MIS一般模型的建立丰富完善了MIS的技术内涵,有助于全面快速理解掌握MIS系统,也为MIS的管理提供了更为直观具体的依据.： In MIS aera,people pay more attention on MIS technology and effecting．but less on MIS model．In this paper,according to MIS definition,We present the MIS general model from technological construction,including the basic constitutional factor、architecture and its function.the foundation of MIS general model enrich and consummate MIS’s technological connotation,it redound to rapid undersdand and predominate the MIS system entirely,and provide indiographic gist straightly．
