北美大学图书馆嵌入式馆员的实践及启示

摘　　要：文章首先简要介绍了近十多年来在北美兴起的嵌入式馆员的概念,然后举例说明了北美大学嵌入式馆员的三种形式:嵌入课堂;嵌入院系;嵌入非营利组织。其中嵌入课堂又区分为嵌入在线课程和嵌入面对面课程两类。最后指出北美大学嵌入式馆员的实践对我国大学图书馆的三点启示:应加速嵌入式馆员的实践;可拓宽嵌入式馆员的服务范围;在实施过程中应重视评估的作用。At first this article briefly interprets the concept of embedded librarian that developed during this decade in North America.Then it depicts the three types of embedded librarians in the universities of North America：embedding in courses（including online courses and face-to-face courses）;embedding in departments or schools;embedding in non-profit organizations.Lastly,this article states three inspirations that these practices give to the university libraries in PRC：speeding up the process of embedding librarians,broadening the scope of services that our embedded librarians render,paying much attention to the significance of the outcome assessments of the embedded librarians.
