摘　　要：深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(DIE)是一组浸润深度≥5mm的子宫内膜异位病变,多分布于后盆腔,常累及输尿管、膀胱等重要器官。DIE具备典型子宫内膜异位症的病理变化,疼痛(包括痛经、性交痛、排便疼痛和慢性盆腔痛)是其主要临床症状。DIE的解剖分布及病变的范围与临床疼痛症状密切相关。Endometriotic implants that invade more than 5 mm are defined as deep-infiltrating endometri- osis（DIE）. DIE seems to be concentrated at several sites in the pelvis, mainly in the posterior pelvis. In- volvement of bladder and ureter is very common. DIE has the pathological characteristics of typical endo- metriosis. It seems that DIE may be a significant cause of pain, including dysmenorrheal, dyspareunia, painful defecation and chronic pelvic pain. The symp- toms of pain and anatomical distribution of DIE are closely related.
