摘　　要：如何看待中国情景是中国管理研究的一个核心问题。中国情景应该主要包括2个维度:转型维度与文化认知维度。通过整合2个维度分析中国情景和管理实践,可以为后续中国管理研究和实践提供理论基础。One of the essential issues in Chinese management research is how to view Chinese con- text. Based upon the review of literature on Chinese context and analysis of Chinese management in practice, this paper proposes two dimensions as transition dimension and culture dimension. Moreo- ver, this paper infers an integrated approach, through which two dimensions of Chinese context are interacted to analyze Chinese management phenomena. By doing so, this study hopes it can set a theo- retical base for future studies on Chinese management.
