摘　　要：资源型企业及其所在区域的经济转型是实践中尚未解决的世界性难题。将资源型企业、群落、区域经济纳入一个系统,基于自组织超循环的视角,以兖矿煤业公司、煤化工公司、兖矿集团与济宁地区经济发展为例,采用案例研究方法,深入剖析资源型企业、资源型群落与区域经济之间互动发展机理,构建三者之间互动的自组织超循环机制模型,分析自组织超循环形成的条件。Resource-based enterprises and the economic transformation in the regions where they locate in is a hard nut problem to be resolved in practice. This paper first integrates resource-based en- terprises, community and regional economy into a whole system. Based on self-organizational and hy- per-circulation, a method of case study is adopted to thoroughly study the interaction mechanism be- tween resource-based enterprises, community, and regional economic development. Taking Yanzhou Mining Group and Jining regional economic development as the research subject, we built a self-organ- izational hyper-cireulation model of the interaction mechanism, and analyzed the formation conditions of a self-organizational hyper-circulation.
