健脾益气、化浊解毒法治疗艾滋病前期患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益气、化浊解毒法治疗艾滋病前期的临床疗效。方法:20例确诊为艾滋病前期患者,给予健脾益气、化浊解毒法治疗18个月,治疗前后主要观察患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,症状、体征总积分及卡氏积分变化。结果:20例患者疗效比较,6个月有效12例,稳定5例,无效3例,有效率为85%;12个月有效13例,稳定5例,无效2例,有效率为90%;18个月有效14例,稳定4例,无效2例,有效率为90%。症状、体征总积分及卡氏积分比较,治疗后患者的症状、体征总积分下降,卡氏积分率疗前为(78.00±6.24)分,治疗6个月后为(84.00±6.54)分,治疗12个月后为(88.00±6.12)分,治疗18个月后为(90.00±5.62)分,较治疗前有所提高。CD4+T淋巴细胞计数比较,治疗前为(311.700±50.912)个·mm-3;治疗后6个月为(352.300±85.063)个·mm-3;12个月为(380.950±149.648)个·mm-3;治疗18个月为(354.000±133.359)个·mm-3。CD4+T淋巴细胞计数有所增加,治疗后12个月时较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气、化浊解毒法对艾滋病前期的治疗疗效显著,且能对艾滋病前期患者的免疫功能有稳定和恢复作用,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To observe clinical curative effects of the methods of strengthening spleen and tonifying qi,and resolving turbidity and detoxification in treating prophase AIDS patients.Methods： Twenty cases who were diagnosed as the prophase AIDS were treated with the methods of strengthening spleen and tonifying qi,and resolving turbidity and detoxification for eighteen months.Then the changes of patients＇ CD4 ＋T lymphocyte counts,the total integrals of symptoms and signs,and karnofsky score were observed before and after treatment.Restults： Comparison of curative effects of 20 cases after 6 months of treatment showed that 12 cases were effective;5 cases were stable;3 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 85%.After 12 months of treatment,it showed that 13 cases were effective;5 cases were stable;2 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 90%;and after 18 months of treatment,it showed that 14 cases were effective;4 cases were stable;2 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 90%.Comparisons of the general integral of symptoms and signs and karnofsky score showed that the general integral of symptoms and signs in patients dropped after treatment,and karnofsky score increased after treatment,namely,karnofsky score was（78.00 ± 6.24） before treatment,and（84.00 ± 6.54） after treatment for 6 months,and（88.00 ± 6.12） after treatment for 12 months,and（90.00 ± 5.62） after treatment for 18 months.Before treatment,the patients＇ CD4 ＋T lymphocyte counts were（311.700 ± 50.912） cells·mm^-3.After 6 months therapy,the CD4 ＋T lymphocyte counts were（352.300 ± 85.063） cells·mm^-3.After 12 months therapy,the CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte counts were（380.950 ± 149.648） cells·mm^-3.After 18 months therapy,the CD4＋T lymphocyte counts were（354.000 ± 133.359） cells·mm^-3.The lymphocyte counts increased after treatment,and marked significance was gained after 12 months treatment（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The methods of strengthening spleen and tonifying qi,and
