肝癌患者中医自报告量表理论模型的建立

摘　　要：目的:探讨肝癌的中医自报告量表的制订,为研制具有中医特色的肝癌患者自报告量表建立初步的理论模型。方法:比较中外各种癌症量表,分析各量表的不足及优势,研究肝癌疾病特点、证候因素,借鉴中医学"七情理论"的指导,从人自身特点和从属的社会属性出发,构建肝癌患者自报告量表的初步理论模型。结果:肝癌患者自报告量表理论模型有疾病特征、证候、七情、社会活动和治疗满意度5个方面。结论:肝癌患者自报告量表理论模型为肝癌患者自报告量表的研制奠定基础并提供理论指导。Objective： To explore the formulation of TCM symptom PRO scale of the liver cancer and to establish initial theoretical model for making patient-reported outcomes scale of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine factors and characteristics.Methods： Various types of cancer scales at home and abroad were compared,and disadvantages and advantages of cancer scales were analyzed,and disease characteristics and syndrome types of liver cancer were studied,and seven emotions theory of TCM were referenced,and initial theoretical models of PRO scale of liver cancer were established from the person＇s own characteristics and social attribute subordinative.Results： Theoretical models of PRO scale of the liver cancer have four aspects of disease characteristics,syndromes,seven emotions,social activities and treatment satisfaction.Conclusion： Theoretical models of PRO scale of the liver cancer lay the foundation and provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of PRO scale of the liver cancer.
