补阳还五汤配合手术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤配合手术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的疗效。方法:选踝关节骨折58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用补阳还五汤配合手术方法治疗。对照组单纯用手术治疗。结果:治疗组29例患者优10例,良15例,可4例,优良率为86.2%。对照组优5例,良8例,可16例,优良率为43.2%。两组经统计分析有明显差异(p<0.05)。结论:踝关节旋后外旋型骨折,可累及内、外、后踝和三角韧带、下胫腓联合,补气活血化瘀配合手术治疗可获得满意疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with operation in the treatment of supination-eversion fractures of ankle joint.Methods： 58 patients with ankle joint fractures were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with operation method,and the control group was given pure operation.Results： Patients of 29 cases in the treatment group,10 cases showed excellent curative effects;15 cases showed good curative effects;4 cases were not bad;the excellent and effective rate was 86.2%.Patients of 29 cases in the control group,5 cases were showed excellent curative effects;8 cases showed good curative effects;16 cases were not bad;the excellent and effective rate was 43.2%.There was significant difference according to statistic analysis in two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Supination-eversion fractures of ankle joint can involve the inside and outside,the posterior ankle and triangular ligament,inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis,and have satisfactory effect of tonifying qi,activating blood and resolving blood-stasis combined with operation treatment.
